An advisory practice built around commercial outcomes.

  • Market Positioning

Sharpening how a company is understood by buyers, analysts, partners, and investors.

  • Competitive Intelligence

Mapping the landscape so differentiation is grounded in evidence, not assumption.

  • Partner Ecosystems

Building the channel and alliance motion that turns reach into pipeline.

  • Pricing and Packaging

Structuring commercial models that match how enterprise buyers actually buy.

Enterprise sales strategy sits at the center of every engagement, because a strong narrative only matters when it converts into signed revenue.

03 — Expertise Areas

Eight disciplines, one revenue engine.

Each engagement draws on the pillars a company needs most, and leaves behind operating capability rather than a static deck.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy

End to end GTM planning: segmentation, ICP definition, channel selection, and launch sequencing built for repeatable revenue.

  • Identity and Fraud Prevention

Commercial guidance for identity verification, authentication, behavioral biometrics, and fraud detection platforms.

  • AI Commercialization

Turning AI and risk scoring capability into packaged offerings buyers can evaluate, budget for, and approve.

  • Enterprise Sales

Sales process design, pipeline strategy, forecasting discipline, account planning, and MEDDPICC implementation.

  • Competitive Intelligence

Structured landscape analysis that grounds differentiation in what buyers are actually comparing you against.

  • Product Positioning

Messaging architecture, value propositions, and buyer personas that make complex technology legible to the business.

  • Strategic Partnerships

Partner and channel development, alliance strategy, and ecosystem plays that extend reach without extending headcount.

  • Compliance and Regulatory Markets

Positioning for KYC, AML, and identity regulation driven buying cycles where compliance is the purchase trigger.

04 — Industry Focus

Markets where trust is the product.

Deep familiarity with the buyers, evaluation criteria, and regulatory pressure that shape these categories.

  • Identity Verification

Document, biometric, and data driven verification platforms selling into risk and product teams.

  • Fraud Prevention

Detection, orchestration, and risk decisioning vendors competing on signal quality and time to value.

  • Cybersecurity

Security platforms navigating crowded categories and long enterprise procurement cycles.

  • Artificial Intelligence

AI native companies packaging model capability into commercially credible products.

  • Healthcare

Healthcare go-to-market, where identity, access, and compliance requirements shape the buying committee.

  • Enterprise SaaS

B2B software teams building repeatable enterprise motion beyond founder led sales.

  • Compliance

KYC, AML, and regulatory technology where the mandate drives urgency and the narrative drives budget.

  • Financial Services

Banking, payments, and fintech buyers evaluating risk, fraud loss, and regulatory exposure together.

05 — Advisory Process

A five stage path from market truth to scaled revenue.

Every stage produces deliverables the team can operate without us.

  1. 01

    Discover

Market assessment, product deep dive, and stakeholder interviews to establish where the company actually stands.

  2. 02

    Analyze

Competitive analysis and buyer research that expose the real evaluation criteria driving deals in the category.

  3. 03

    Position

ICP definition, buyer personas, messaging, and packaging that make the value obvious to every seat at the table.

  4. 04

    Execute

Sales playbook, launch strategy, and enablement so the positioning survives contact with live pipeline.

  5. 05

    Scale

Pipeline discipline, forecasting, partner motion, and coaching that turn early wins into repeatable revenue.

06 — Executive Leadership

Mike Lowry, Founder.

Building the commercial story behind complex identity, fraud, and AI technology.

Mike Lowry founded Identity IQ Collective on a simple conviction: the companies solving the hardest problems in identity, fraud prevention, AI, and compliance are rarely limited by their technology. They are limited by how clearly that technology is translated into business value.

His work sits at the intersection of product, positioning, and enterprise sales. He partners directly with founders and executive teams to define the ideal customer profile, build the competitive narrative, structure pricing and packaging, and install the sales discipline required to move deals through risk, security, procurement, and executive review.

The advisory approach is hands on rather than observational. Engagements are built around live pipeline, real buyer conversations, and deliverables the internal team can own once the engagement ends: playbooks, personas, messaging architecture, and partner strategy that continue compounding.

08 — FAQ

Questions before the first call.

If something is not covered here, the fastest path is a direct conversation.

Ask a question
  • Identity IQ Collective works across identity verification, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, healthcare, enterprise SaaS, compliance, and financial services. Most clients are seed through Series C companies building their first repeatable enterprise motion, though established organizations entering a new vertical or launching a new product line are an equally common fit.

  • Every relationship begins with a strategy call. That conversation covers your current pipeline, target buyers, competitive pressure, and the specific outcome you need over the next two to three quarters. From there we recommend the smallest engagement that can credibly deliver that outcome, whether that is a single consultation, a defined GTM engagement, or ongoing fractional advisory.

  • A full go-to-market engagement, covering market assessment, competitive analysis, ICP definition, buyer personas, messaging and positioning, sales playbook, and launch strategy, typically runs six to ten weeks depending on the number of segments and stakeholder interviews involved. Focused work such as positioning or pricing alone can be completed in two to four weeks.

  • A Strategy Consultation is a single 60 minute session for a specific question: a positioning decision, a competitive threat, a pricing structure, or an investor narrative. Fractional Advisory is an ongoing monthly relationship where Identity IQ Collective operates as part of your leadership team, joining weekly strategy meetings, coaching sellers, developing the partner ecosystem, and supporting board and investor communication.

  • Yes. While much of the work involves early and growth stage companies, established organizations engage the firm for vertical expansion, new product launches, competitive repositioning, partner strategy, and enterprise sales enablement. The methods are the same; the scope and stakeholder map are larger.

  • Pricing reflects scope, duration, and the level of executive involvement required. Published rates are starting points: hourly consultations begin at $350 to $500, GTM engagements begin at $7,500, sales and revenue consulting begins at $3,500, and fractional advisory begins at $5,000 per month. After the initial strategy call you receive a written proposal with defined deliverables and a fixed price or monthly retainer.

Accelerate your go-to-market before the market decides for you.
